I'm a strategic advisor who helps leaders do two things most organizations struggle to do at the same time: think clearly about where they need to go, and bring their entire workforce along for the journey.
I specialize in making change - particularly AI transformation - land with employees in a way that builds trust rather than eroding it.

The thinking is a strategy. The bringing-people-along is a mix of organizational psychology and storytelling. I happen to be unusually good at all three, which is rare, because most strategists can't communicate and most communicators don't think strategically. I am a 3x co-founder (a startup, a small business, and a nonprofit) and I would love to help you scale and keep what makes you great.
